Fast, friendly, knowledgeable. My water softener leaked the resin core and plugged my hot water heater and everything else in the house. LeVahn’s got someone out the same day to replace the softener and flush-out the water heater. The tech was friendly and explained how to use the new softener.
Staff was extremely helpful in finding and ordering a part for our outside spigot after trying to get help from many other plumbing supply places. Also, spent quality time explaining how to complete the fix and even repaired the old part I had to help with a temporary fix. Will definitely be back!
I had a leaking flex hose from a 20 year old Kohler faucet and could not find the replacement part anywhere because it had been discontinued. When I found it online the retailers would have it listed as out of stock of discontinued. I called Hardware Hank and Chris was able to have the part for me in 3 business days. Excellent customer service!
I love this place. The tall guy is very helpful. Sorry don’t know his name. He has helped me twice in the last month. Once to get a part for my water heater and the other for abs pipe. He helped explain what I needed to do to fix the leaky pipe. The prices are a little more but for the knowledge they provide and convenience it’s totally worth it.
I recently got a new toilet and Jerry came to the rescue to remove my old toilet and install the new! He was professional, friendly, and so fun. He even taught me a few things about the work he was doing. I really enjoyed getting to work with Jerry and recommend him to everyone and anyone! Jerry was great he came out and addressed all of our concerns and was very informative. He took the time to explain and fix the issues we had.he went above and beyond our expectations. The guy who also answered our call and took the time to walk through our concerns on the phone was also great!
I just had to have my water heater replaced after it started leaking. They were able to talk me through how to shut off the water heater as well as come out within 48 hours and replace it for a very reasonable price. Will definitely use again.
I rented a power rake from these guys and they were extremely helpful and informative answering all my questions on how to best repair my yard. I highly recommend using LeVahn Bros for any equipment rental needs and more.
I was referred to this store by a Home Depot employee who told me, “If we don’t have it, they will.” I don’t have anything against Home Depot, in fact I’ve always found their customer service to be above average, but they can’t hold a candle to LeVahn Bros in that arena. Most friendly/knowledgeable staff that I’ve dealt with anywhere, hands-down. This is now my default hardware store.
An incredible place for those of us who grew up in the era of non big box stores. They ALWAYS have not only the right thing, but knowledgeable people who help you figure out what you really need. Also, a rarity these days, you can buy the screw, bolt, nut, etc you want by the piece…without all the wasteful packaging or excess. Too bad there are so few of these places left!!!!
